    About

Most service businesses do not have a marketing problem. They have a connection problem.

Cellara Growth Co exists because a well-run business can still lose revenue every week to a slow callback, a form that goes to an inbox no one checks, or a website that describes the business without giving anyone a reason to act. We build the infrastructure that closes that gap: a website, a way to answer inquiries quickly, a system that keeps track of every lead, and a process for keeping the business visible in search and in the reviews people read before they call.

    The founder

Cellara was founded by Krystal Gonzalez, who holds a Master of Science in Marketing, University of Colorado, with a specialization in high-tech entrepreneurial marketing.

That background sits behind how Cellara approaches every engagement: revenue systems are treated as a business problem first and a technical build second. The site, the intake process, and the follow-up sequence are designed around how a specific business actually gets and loses customers, not a generic template.

Cellara is based in Houston, Texas, and works with service businesses across the country. Work is done remotely with clients nationwide, and in-person meetings are available for businesses in the Houston area on request.

The problem we are built to solve

Marketing spend brings people to a business. What determines whether that spend pays off is what happens in the minutes and days after someone shows interest: does the phone get answered, does the form get a response, is the follow-up consistent, and is the business still easy to find the next time someone searches. Those are systems problems, not marketing problems, and they are the ones we install and maintain.

We do not run ad campaigns or manage social media accounts. Our work is the infrastructure underneath: the website, the intake and follow-up system, the AI-assisted front desk that covers calls and chats, reputation processes, and the technical search work that keeps the business findable.

    Standards we hold ourselves to

    • We do not publish a result we have not verified with the client it belongs to.
    • We do not promise a specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue outcome.
    • We tell clients when a timeline depends on them, not on us, and we say so up front.
    • Clients own the site, the content, and the data their system generates.
    • We recommend the scope a business needs, not the largest package we can sell.

    Who we work with

Cellara works with service businesses that depend on inbound calls, form submissions, and reputation to win customers. That most often includes:

    • Healthcare and Aesthetics
    • Legal Services
    • Home Services
    • Beauty and Wellness
    • Rental Companies
    • Advisory Firms

    How engagements run

Every engagement starts with a strategy call to understand how the business currently gets and loses opportunities, followed by a scoped proposal before any build work begins. From there we move through discovery, design, build, integration, testing, and launch, with the client reviewing and approving work at each stage. The detail of that process is on theHow We Work page.
