Reputation Growth
A consistent way to ask, for every customer, every time.
For businesses whose reviews come in sporadically, whose Google Business Profile has gone stale, or who want a defensible process for asking, not one built to hide criticism.
What is reputation growth?
Reputation growth is a consistent process for asking every customer for a review, collecting private feedback as a separate and additional channel, monitoring what gets published, and keeping your Google Business Profile current. It never filters or routes people away from leaving a public review based on how they answered a private question first.
What is included
A process, not a gimmick.
- Review requests sent to every customer after a job or visit
- Private feedback collection running alongside the public request
- Review monitoring across your primary listing profiles
- Response support for both positive and negative reviews
- Google Business Profile alignment with your current services and hours
- Reputation reporting on volume, rating trend, and response time
What we will not do
We do not build a screen that routes unhappy customers to a private form while sending happy customers to a public review site. That practice, known as review gating, violates the terms of service of the major review platforms, and it produces a rating that misrepresents actual customer experience. Every customer gets the same public request. Private feedback is offered as an additional option alongside it, never as a gate in front of it.
Who this is for, and who it is not
This fits businesses with a steady stream of completed jobs or appointments who are not systematically asking every customer for a review, and who want their public rating to reflect the real range of customer experience.
It is not for anyone looking for a way to suppress or hide negative feedback. If that is the goal, this is not the right service, and we will say so directly.
How it fits the rest of the system
Review requests are most effective when triggered automatically from revenue operations at the moment a job closes, and a strong, current profile in turn supports the search visibility work happening elsewhere. It is one of the five components of the connected revenue system.
Relevant for Beauty and Wellness and Home Services businesses where public reviews drive most new inquiries.
Frequently asked questions
Do you filter out customers who might leave a bad review?
No. Every customer who reaches the point of a review request gets the same request. Review gating, the practice of routing unhappy customers away from public review sites while sending happy ones there, violates the terms of service of major review platforms. We do not build that into any workflow.
What is the private feedback option, then, if it does not filter reviews?
It is a separate channel offered at the same time as the public review request, giving a customer the option to also share direct feedback with your business. It runs alongside the public ask, not in front of it, so a negative experience can still reach you privately while the customer independently decides whether to post publicly.
Can you get negative reviews removed?
We can help you respond to a negative review professionally, and in cases of a review that clearly violates platform policy, we can help you file a report. We do not attempt to suppress or hide legitimate reviews.
How do you actually get more reviews?
By making the ask consistent. Most businesses ask inconsistently or not at all, so the customers who leave reviews on their own are more often the extremely satisfied or the frustrated. A consistent, automated request sent to everyone produces a fuller, more accurate picture over time.
Will this affect our Google Business Profile ranking?
We keep your profile accurate and current, which supports how it performs in local search, but we do not promise a specific ranking outcome. Review volume, recency, and rating are factors Google weighs alongside many others we do not control.
