    Diagnose and Advise

Get a clear read before you spend on a build.

Growth Advisory is focused consulting time, not a smaller version of the build work. Some owners need a structured outside read on their options before they commit budget to anything. That is what this is for.

Printed customer journey pages marked up by hand on a meeting table in daylight
A working session, not a presentation. We build the priority order together and you leave with it in writing.

When advisory is the right starting point

    • You are not sure which part of the customer journey is actually costing you revenue.
    • You are weighing two or three real options and want an outside, structured read before committing budget.
    • You need a written priority order you can hand to your own team or another provider.
    • You want scheduled time with someone who will tell you the honest answer, not the answer that sells more work.

When you should go straight to a build

    • Your website cannot carry the traffic you already have. No amount of advice fixes a foundation that cannot convert.
    • You already know what needs to be built and just need it built.
    • You have systems installed but nobody running them day to day.
    • The gap is capacity, not clarity. Advice will not answer phones or send follow-up for you.

If that is you, start at Solutions instead.

    What advisory covers

    1. 01Customer journey review
    2. 02Offer and pricing structure
    3. 03Channel priority
    4. 04System architecture decisions
    5. 05Hiring versus installing
    6. 06Vendor and quote review
    7. 07Sequencing and what to do first

    What advisory does not include

Advisory covers thinking, planning, and direction. It does not include implementation, build work, campaign management, content production, or ongoing operation. Advisory and intensive engagements cover thinking, planning, and direction. Implementation is quoted separately.

Advisory also does not include work performed inside accounts or systems Cellara does not manage. We can review and advise on what exists, but making changes inside a platform we do not operate is outside the scope of an advisory session.

    Where advisory leads

Advisory is the first rung of the offer ladder, not the whole ladder. Depending on what the session surfaces, the next step is usually one of these:

    Frequently asked questions

What actually happens in the 90 minutes?

We work through the specific question you brought in, using your questionnaire answers and the materials you sent ahead of time. It is a working session, not a presentation: we build the priority order together and you leave with it in writing.

Does the Intensive fee credit toward a build if we work together later?

No, and we would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. The $650 pays for the thinking and the session. The written priority summary is yours to keep and use with any provider, including us.

    Do advisory hours expire?

No. Hours in the five-hour and ten-hour banks do not expire. Sessions are scheduled subject to availability, so book them when the question is fresh rather than waiting.

Will you review work another provider already built?

Yes. A common use of advisory time is reviewing a website, CRM setup, or ad account someone else built and telling you plainly what is working, what is not, and what to fix first.

What is the difference between the $650 Intensive and the $1,500 Revenue System Blueprint?

The Intensive is one focused question and one working session. The Blueprint, listed on the pricing page, is a full written plan across the entire customer journey: positioning, architecture, and a prioritized roadmap. Choose based on how wide the question is.
