Build and Connect
Repair the systems you already paid for.
This is a scoped repair engagement, not a rebuild from zero. If you already have a CRM, automations, and forms, but they were never connected properly or have drifted apart over time, a Reset fixes what exists instead of replacing it.
From $5,000, scoped after a review of what you currently have. Scope and investment vary based on business complexity, locations, and required systems.

Signs this is your engagement
- Leads land in more than one place, and nobody is sure which one is the source of truth.
- Automations were built by someone who no longer works with you, and nobody wants to touch them.
- Follow-up fires inconsistently, or fires twice, or does not fire at all.
- The pipeline stages do not match how the business actually sells.
- Reporting exists, but nobody on the team trusts the numbers in it.
- You are paying monthly for tools that sit unused.
The five-phase process
- 01
Audit
Map every inbound path and every automation currently running, including the ones nobody remembers building.
- 02
Rebuild
One system of record, correct pipeline stages, and clean lead routing that matches how the business actually sells.
- 03
Reconnect
Website, phone, chat, calendar, and follow-up feeding the same record, so nothing sits in a separate silo.
- 04
Document
A written record of what runs, when, and why, so the system does not depend on one person's memory.
- 05
Hand Back
Training so your team can operate the rebuilt system, or a clean move into ongoing management if you would rather not.
What you receive
- A written audit of every system and automation found during the review
- The rebuilt configuration itself
- Documentation of what runs, when, and why
- A recorded walkthrough your team can reference later
Investment
From $5,000, scoped after the audit phase. Scope and investment vary based on business complexity, locations, and required systems. The range depends on how many systems exist and how much of the current configuration can be salvaged versus rebuilt from nothing.
See the full range of engagements on the pricing page.
What a Reset is not
- A website rebuild
- Paid advertising management
- Content production
- Indefinite support after handback
If the underlying website cannot convert the traffic you already have, a Reset will not fix that either, and we will tell you so directly. In that case, start at High-Performance Websites instead. If you are still deciding where to start, the Growth Gap Diagnostic or Growth Advisory can help you find the right entry point.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a Reset take?
It depends on how many systems exist and how tangled the current configuration is. Timeline is confirmed after the audit phase, once we can see exactly what needs to be rebuilt.
Will our existing data be preserved?
Yes. The audit phase exists specifically to map what is there before anything is changed, so contact records, history, and existing automations are preserved or migrated deliberately, not lost.
Can our team keep working during the reset?
Generally yes. The audit and rebuild phases are sequenced to minimize disruption, and we communicate clearly about any window where a system is temporarily offline.
What happens after handback?
You choose. Some teams take the documentation and training and run the system themselves. Others move into Revenue System Management or Fractional Growth Operations for ongoing oversight.
When does a full Connected Revenue System make more sense than a Reset?
A Reset repairs and reconnects what you already own. If the foundation itself, meaning the website, cannot convert the traffic you already have, no amount of backend repair fixes that. In that case, start at High-Performance Websites or the full Connected Revenue System instead.
Ready to see what needs to be reconnected?
A short call is enough to tell whether a Reset is scoped correctly for what you have.
